David Chen

David is an accomplished entrepreneur and community advocate with a strong passion for sustainability, education, and volunteerism. As the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Torus, David spearheads efforts to provide free food waste composting services to New Jersey, reaching over 4,000 contacts and promoting eco-friendly practices. Under his leadership, Torus has expanded its outreach to multiple NJ communities, emphasizing sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Currently, David is a student at The Lawrenceville School, where he is involved in various extracurricular activities including soccer, wrestling, and rowing, while also participating in the Investment Club and DECA.

With a strong background in marketing, outreach, and sustainable business development, David is dedicated to making a positive impact through innovative solutions and leadership.
